A vanity can look perfect in a photograph and still leave you with questions at checkout. Does the price include the basin? Will the cabinet clear your bathroom door? Who removes the old unit?

If you are comparing bathroom vanity prices in Singapore, start with the model and size, then check the complete quote. At Las Vela, the listed Y-32 starts at S$498 for 600 mm, the Y-40 at S$499 for 500 mm, and the Bespoke Vanity at S$1,350 for a listed 600 mm configuration. These are catalogue prices checked on 22 October 2026. Confirm the supplied components, services and final payable amount before ordering.

This guide puts the prices beside the practical details, so you can shortlist a vanity that suits your bathroom and your budget.

How much does a bathroom vanity cost at Las Vela?

The examples below compare Las Vela's own listed configurations. They are a starting point for shopping, rather than an average price for the whole Singapore market or a promise of an installed package.

Y-32: rounded styling, from S$498

The Y-32 vanity pairs aluminium cabinetry with a ceramic basin. Its rounded profile suits a softer bathroom scheme. The listed finishes are Cream White and Gun Metal.

  • 600 mm width: S$498
  • 700 mm width: S$598
  • 800 mm width: S$698

The cabinet drawings specify a depth of 420 mm and cabinet height of 480 mm. Check the selected basin and overall projection separately when planning the space.

Y-40: a compact option, from S$499

The Y-40 vanity is worth considering when a 500 mm cabinet is on your shortlist. It combines aluminium cabinetry and a ceramic basin, with Gun Metal and Khaki finishes listed.

  • 500 mm width: S$499
  • 600 mm width: S$599
  • 700 mm width: S$699

The cabinet drawings specify a depth of 400 mm and cabinet height of 480 mm. That gives you another dimension to compare when the walkway beside the vanity feels tight. Confirm the full basin projection before deciding.

Bespoke Vanity: more scope to personalise, from S$1,350

The Las Vela Bespoke Vanity is the route to explore when your cabinet layout, profile or dimensions need more individual attention. The catalogue lists Integrated, Single Profile and Double Profile options.

  • Listed 600 mm configuration: S$1,350
  • Listed 700 mm configuration: S$1,450
  • Listed 800 mm configuration: S$1,550

These prices apply to the listed configurations. Ask for a separate quote for custom dimensions, finishes, countertop choices or layout changes.

A useful comparison: at 600 mm, the listed Y-32 is S$498 and the Y-40 is S$599. The S$101 difference is a reason to compare their profiles, depths and storage layouts alongside the price. Choose the one that works in your room.

Ask Las Vela about my shortlist

What should your bathroom vanity quote include?

Ask for an itemised quote that names both the product and the work. A photograph may show a mirror, tap and accessories without confirming that every item is supplied at the displayed price.

Use this checklist before paying a deposit:

  1. Cabinet: model, width, depth, finish and storage configuration.
  2. Basin or countertop: material, dimensions and the exact option supplied.
  3. Mirror or mirror cabinet: whether it is included, with its size and any lighting specified.
  4. Tap and plumbing fittings: mixer, waste fitting, trap and connection parts.
  5. Delivery: charge, access arrangements and the expected delivery window.
  6. Installation: mounting, connections, sealing and any other agreed work.
  7. Removal and disposal: what happens to the existing basin and cabinet.
  8. Final amount and aftercare: total payable, GST treatment where applicable, payment terms and written warranty coverage.

Ask the seller to mark each item as included, optional or separately quoted. You can then compare two quotes without guessing which one covers more work.

500, 600, 700 or 800 mm: which size should you shortlist?

Choose a vanity width only after checking depth, door movement and plumbing access. A “600 mm vanity” describes one dimension; it does not establish that the complete unit fits every HDB or condo bathroom.

For the models above, 500 mm points you towards the Y-40. At 600 or 700 mm, you can compare the Y-32 and Y-40 directly. At 800 mm, look at the Y-32 or the listed Bespoke configuration. Nonstandard requirements are a reason to discuss a custom quote.

Before enquiring, take these measurements:

  • Usable wall width: measure the space between the actual obstructions, including trim or pipework.
  • Available depth: mark the proposed cabinet and basin projection on the floor with tape. Check that you can stand and move comfortably.
  • Opening space: check the bathroom door, shower screen and cabinet doors or drawers through their full movement.
  • Pipe positions: photograph the water connections and waste outlet. Ask the installer to check them against the chosen cabinet.

Inside an illustrative Y-40 configuration. Check how the shelf and basin outlet affect usable storage, and send a photo of your existing pipework so the installer can assess the connections and any changes needed.

Have the installer confirm the mounting position and wall suitability. Cabinet height is different from the final height of the installed basin.

How should you budget for installation?

Get installation priced against your actual bathroom. Replacing a unit in the same position and changing the plumbing layout are different scopes of work. Send photographs of the existing cabinet, wall and connections so the installer can identify what needs checking.

PUB's plumbing guidance distinguishes regulated plumbing work, which requires a Licensed Plumber, from listed simple plumbing tasks. Ask your installer which category your proposed work falls into. For an HDB flat, also check the applicable HDB water and sanitary plumbing guidelines before work begins.

Request separate line items for installation, any plumbing changes, removal and disposal. Keep those figures beside the product price when deciding your total budget.

Choose the finish you want to see every morning

Once size and scope are clear, give the look of the room some attention. Compare the cabinet finish with your floor and wall tiles, and check the shape of the basin beside your preferred tap. The rounded Y-32 and more compact Y-40 offer different starting points.

Prefer a darker finish? Compare this walnut-look Bespoke example with the light oak-look configuration above. View finish samples alongside your tiles before deciding; these Bespoke styling examples are separate from the listed Y-32 and Y-40 finish choices.

Both models use aluminium cabinetry, but material alone does not answer every buying question. Look at the storage arrangement, basin, fittings and care instructions for the configuration you choose. The aluminium vanity collection shows cabinet details and the current model choices.

If you want to see a model in person, plan a visit to Las Vela at 36 Jalan Kilang Barat, Singapore 159366. Confirm which models and finishes are on display before travelling.

Questions buyers ask about bathroom vanity prices

What is the lowest listed Las Vela vanity price?

Among the models in this guide, the 600 mm Y-32 is listed from S$498 as checked on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current selected configuration, included components and final payable amount before ordering.

Does the listed vanity price include installation?

This guide does not treat the catalogue prices as installed-package prices. Ask Las Vela to confirm installation, delivery, fittings and old-unit removal in your itemised quote.

Does a vanity come with a basin, mirror and tap?

Check the written inclusions for the selected configuration. The Y-32 and Y-40 product information describes a ceramic basin, but a styled image does not confirm that every mirror, tap or accessory shown is included in the displayed price.

Can I order a custom vanity size?

Las Vela offers a Bespoke Vanity with custom dimensions and configuration choices. Send your measurements and preferred layout for a quote. Prices for the listed 600, 700 and 800 mm configurations do not establish the price of a custom specification.

What should I send for a more useful quote?

Send your available width, a bathroom photo and a photo of the plumbing connections. Include the preferred model or finish, your renovation timing and whether removal of an existing unit is needed. Final fit and installation scope should be confirmed before ordering.

Thoughtfully chosen. Beautifully lived in.
